I do think it could have been structured better and had more attention paid to it, as there are a lot of mistakes throughout that a thorough edit would have cleaned up.

Who Is Chris Bale?

Chris is an Irish dating coach who claims to have slept with over 400 women. He's also worked as a DJ and a bartender and so has the experience of dating and sleeping with a lot of women in club and bar environments.

So the fact he's doing so well now goes to show that you can learn to become attractive to women and your physical appearance isn't the deciding factor.

What Does This Book Teach You?

The big idea in this book is that to create sexual attraction in women you need to be embracing your masculine energy and sexuality. That if you're polarizing when interacting with women your masculine energy will naturally attract the feminine energy.

This has become more commonly recommended in dating advice over the last few years. If you want to see the original and most in-depth explanation of sexual polarity and the role it plays in attraction then it's worth checking out The Way of the Superior Man by David Deida.

Chris advises you that you don't need any tactics or techniques to hook up with women, as it's a natural process that will happen when you're acting from your masculine core. So don't expect anything in the way of conversation strategies or specifics on what to actually do and say. Although Chris does give a few examples of how he has started conversations with women, he says not to use these verbatim.

Instead, it's more about getting your mindset right and learning to embrace the horniness you feel for a woman and using that as motivation to take action. That when you're present in the moment with a woman and tuned into your sexual energy, you can talk about anything but still create sexual tension.

Another thing that Chris talks about is the importance of following your passions in life and developing yourself as a man. So there's some good advice here about why focusing on girls too much and making them the only interest in your life is a problem and how it'll actually make you more unattractive.

How Easy Is It To Apply The Advice?

There is some solid advice in this book, however some people will find it easier to implement than others. It's more about concepts and beliefs, the bigger picture, rather than the specifics of what to actually do.

A lot of guys who have been actively improving with women and working on themselves eventually come to the same conclusions that Chris has reached. But for beginners it's often difficult to successfully start with this kind of method, as they don't have the necessary experience to draw from.

When an inexperienced guy is told just be confident and feel your internal sexiness, he'll usually struggle as he hasn't built up a base level of competence yet. If only it was as easy as switching your negative thoughts to positive ones and adopting the attitude of a sexually successful man, getting results with women would be much easier, but it's easier said than done.

Chris talks about how he started off going out and approaching women and following a lot of the typical dating advice, before arriving at the place he's at now. Like most other dating coaches who have a similar philosophy, he says that all of that other stuff doesn't work and won't get you anywhere.

The thing they usually neglect mentioning is that they went through the process of learning and trying all these things to arrive at their destination. It's extremely rare that someone with no experience and no plan of what to actually do will automatically get to this more advanced level without going through a similar process.

For that reason this product is a good fit for guys at more of an intermediate level. If you're not confident in how to talk to women, this won't be the best place to start. But if you're already meeting women and can comfortably hold a conversation, but you feel there isn't much sexual energy between you and women, I would suggest you check out this product and spend some time trying it out.

If you have an interest in meditation already you'll also be able to relate better to the advice here and have an easier time putting it into action. The more you can turn off your mind and be aware of the present moment while putting your attention on the external environment the better you'll do with this book.

The Bottom Line

The main themes in this book are about being masculine and being present. To that end, there's a lot of similarities here to The Way of the Superior Man and The Power of Now. If you've read and enjoyed either of those books, you'll probably enjoy this also.

If you're looking for something that is really practical with clear steps on exactly what to do when talking to women, this won't be your best option. It's a bit vague in places when it comes to details, so it's better suited for guys who can already hold a conversation and have at least some experience.
