The Good
- Interesting theories on social conditioning
- Good advice on getting into state and mantaining it
- Useful exercises on unstifling and crossing the indifference threshold
- I liked the ego vs selfesteem part. Although I don't entirely agree with the
The Bad
- Waay too long. 70% of the program is Tyler talking fluff or telling some story I personally don't care about at all. He could have condensed the material to 3-4 hours. A more concise and to the point way of conveying the material would have been better
I recommend this program if you have issues with state or with being too stifled and in your head in social interactions. Other than that I think it is mostly common sense and I think you could spend those 20+ hours more productively. I give the program a 5/10 in total.

It is good but a lot of is borrowed from bits and pieces from other products and ideas. When I was listening to him talking about value and reacting I remember IN10SE saying the same thing in 'The October Man' (pg 31-33)

I thought the Blueprint was pretty good. However, I'm not sure if it can help someone when it comes to pick up. Eventually, you want to become a natural but if you're not already one, then TMM is probably the way to go first.
