Mehow's stuff is totally legit. It really reinforces and advances a lot of the ideas that Mystery, David D, Swinggcat, Tyler D & Hypnotica have introduced to the community. I really find the super positive and non-reactive attitude that he professes to be one of the greatest assets of the program. The production and editing quality of the programs is top notch professional. If you are going to get his program I would really advise getting the audio version of the book too, that has really, really helped me a lot.
