I bought the set, but I took advantage of their refund policy and returned it. It certainly is not worth the purchase price!

Ditto: read my comments on the other negative review. They look surprisingly similar. How can they give it 1 out of 10 for value when they took advantage of the same free trial anyone else would be able to try? And obviously the customer service can't have been bad if they were refunded. No this reviewer obviously has some other motivation, or is just negative for the sake of it, but sad that they could not justify their reasons properly or mark fairly. What exactly is wrong with the packaging/production? It came plain-wrapped, the DVD set looks professional and the recordings are good. Enough said.
