This is a top-notch inner game course and not for those that are lazy and want to passively imbibe cheap techniques to get laid. As Angel mentions, right from the get-go there are in-depth exercises that will make you feel uncomfortable...but these exercises are essential. You will be forced to ask yourself questions you likely have never asked yourself before. The end result however is a greater sense of who you are, and how to live life at the edge of your comfort zone to actually get what you want. Highly recommend.
