Bang has one purpose and one purpose only- sleep with more women. It's not a product that looks for developing any sort of healthy mind set towards women or any type of goal outside of sleeping with her quickly. In many ways, it reads as though it were written by a frat boy who hasn't seen enough of the world to know that there's more to women than just having sex with them.

I'm no feminist, but I find the approach of "racking up notches" to be dehumanizing and misogynistic. Women are people too, and one of the underlying issues in the seduction community is seeing women as some sort of thing to be conquered. Regardless, the simple mindset that you should simply drop a woman who won't sleep with you is pathetic and speaks to Roosh's emotional immaturity.

Roosh's lack of emotional intelligence pervades the book, showing significantly in things like telling a girl that he'll punch her in the face if she talks back to him. That issue aside, the fact is that Bang is primarily a rehashed version of Mystery Method, with a few modifications. The openers suggested are community standards, with the more notable one being "You look like you're having the most fun of anyone here." While these openers are not bad in themselves, they're certainly nothing original or special.

The book is clearly dated, as phone game has largely been supplanted by text game. All in all, you would do better to ignore this section rather than to read it and potentially get messed up. Roosh identifies texting as a waste of time, and I used to be in his camp. However, when I started getting into text game, I found that I was more successful. Take that for what you will.

All in all, I can't recommend this book. There are some good parts, but the majority of it is so overwhelming negative in its tenet that women are to be used for sex and nothing else. Overall, there are better books out there, and despite the fact that this one is (very) cheap for a seduction book, there are many better.
