An absolutely miserable book. I only give it 4/10 for effectiveness because I've seen a guy successfully use it. Honestly, probably one of the the worst books I've ever read about game (and I've read a ton of stuff). Not only is Day Bang offensive, it's also useless. He claims a 40% success rate at his level, and with the material that he uses, that's outstanding.

Let me start with the "elderly opener." This is usually an innocuous comment like "is that a good backpack?" However, the fact is that these conversations RARELY (if ever) lead to sex, and as a result, I discount the majority of what it prescribes. And the techniques only keep getting worse. Rambling is a waste of time because you only have a very limited amount of time in "day game." Why would I waste words?

The misogynistic tone is not a mistake either. While Roosh (sometimes) makes valid comments about American society, he often blames his inablity to get laid on why American women are awful, rather than his complete and utter lack of game.

Honestly, while this is a cheap book, you'd be better served by buying Andy Yosha's "Daygame Blueprint." I can't recommend this book to anyone.
