I don't know why I bought this Dr. Paul Product. However it is like all his other products: I'm a real doctor, I am the best. I found this book full of intellectual boring fluff. I couldn't reach the second chapter. No money back guarantee. So you need to be wiling to pay 97$ on it. Never again Paul. If someone reads this to the end, would like to see their comment.
