At first sight , I was of course taken by the advertisement, there were seemingly many great ideas and some potentially important points to learn, however in this day and age of digital technology it is a shame that the marketing team assumes everyone must have the top of the line PC with limitless hard drive etc. Most guys that are recently divorces and looking for a program like this are probably still not as digital savvy as many of the 20 somethings. The centerpiece of this program were these huge video presentations that I could not download even using four different PC, the transfer is too big and too long- which the author states but WHY? - why assume everyone can accomodate something so easily adjusted ? I had to get a refund I could not gain access to the main emphasis, as all the Mp3 audio files were more akin to anxiety approach etc, the PDF were actually work books with short blurbs from the Overly large video feed . Because the basic ability to access or use the program was impossible I was disgusted and got a refund . WHich they did , but initially I explained the issue and they tried to encourage me to stay with the program as I , "had access" yes I could log on but could not download the main two modules that make the program. Very disappointed, They need to compress the files into zip folder and make available - thats how easy this big issue could be rectified- although they claim low refund rate , which I can not imagine.
