There are a lot of examples and details in effortless conversation and the bonuses. I enjoyed listening to them and noted down a lot of tips to help me make improvements.
The best stuff: new ways of looking at conversation and being social, really loved the tips on sexualized attraction - I'm definitely going to be using a lot more of those.
It was definitely worth the $6 price paid for it, I've definitely got my money's worth from it ten times over.
