You REALLY have to concentrate on this if you want to take in the information, as it is SOOO FOOOOKIN boring! David D is boring enough when he talks and Dr. Paul is even worse. They cover a lot of good points, but I can't pay attention for longer than a few minutes without drifting off. The best part about the product is when Rick talks. He is very good and motivating and easy to pay attention to. Other than that, I don't know if I would waste your time.
