I feel like AM is a good primer on the basic material. It's casual, low-key.
Is it particularly deep or thorough? No. But actually watching Style go through a lot of this stuff is really helpful. Unlike a lot of material (where I feel a book would be more useful) I think the videos of styles going through his material are often fantastic.
Haven't listened to much of the audio yet, but so far I'm unimpressed - it's a radio call-in show where he takes questions. Didn't strike me as that useful.
