Background: The main reason for doing a bootcamp was to get over my severe approach anxiety. I'm 27 and it has been nearly a year since I did this bootcamp.
The first red flag was after paying my deposit, he postponed the bootcamp over a month from the originally scheduled date. This occurred September 2014 in NYC.
Each day of the bootcamp, Sasha and his Co-instructed were at least an hour late from the time that was agreed upon. Furthermore, once arriving at the meeting place and not finding him, he would change the location on us.
The actual bootcamp was full of good information and one on one instruction. There were videos we watched before each meeting to help eliminate wasted time explaining something that we could easily watched a recording of.
The first day I felt like I was getting the hang of it. Almost everything that we did were things that he made videos on YouTube about. Basically doing embarrassing things in front of people. But the next morning I relapsed into AFC mode. I wasn't really able to shake it after that. They did make a valiant effort to help me though.
After the bootcamp, I returned home and watched the final video that was supposed to be the final step in getting me to be confident about talking to girls I find attractive. It didn't help.
I contacted Sasha about his money back guarantee within the alotted time. He insisted that I wait until after I do the homework to come to a conclusion. The homework didn't help, and how convenient for Sasha that the guarantee period ends before the time it takes to complete the homework. So needless to say I didn't get a refund and the only thing that's changed after taking this bootcamp is that my bank account is $3,000 smaller.
Don't make the same mistake I did... unless you have lots of money that you don't know what to do with. Save your money or spend it with a different bootcamp.
