Review Detail

I will admit, I was quite skeptical going into the weekend with Nick. I didn't think four days would be enough to sort out a lifetime of horrible social skills, right down to the point where I avoided approaching strangers (especially attractive girls).

Before this weekend I felt as though I never knew what to say or how to say it; as though I needed to use some clever line to make them think I was cool, that I had to make myself sound perfect so they would hopefully like me.

Within minutes of meeting Nick and his team of coaches Thursday night, I knew I had made the right choice. Before we finished the introductions and were on our way to the first bar I had forgotten that I actually paid to take a dating course. I wasn't surrounded by teachers who simply wanted to deliver the course materials and collect a paycheck. I was surrounded by a group of friends. Friends who genuinely cared about me, who wanted to see me succeed.

They did just that. Not only did they give me every tool I needed, they were right there to push me towards my goals. By the time Sunday came I didn't even recognize myself. I was walking through the front door of a bar and before even getting a drink I would be sitting next to a beautiful girl having an amazing conversation and getting to watch her face light up.

When I finally put NYC in my rear view mirror not only were my social skills unrecognizable but my entire outlook on life changed (thanks to one of the coaches who knows who they are).

I still have a lot of work to do, but Nick put me on the road I need to be on to get there.
