The bad and the good:
The bad is the quality of the audio/video. It's not as horrible as RJ's previous DVD's, but it's still sub-par.
The unique thing about this is that he shows you how to get in touch with your fear, objectify it (not sure if that's the perfect word), make it a symbol, then manipulate it and turn it into orgasmic charisma (I think I just coined the phrase "orgasmic charisma"...sounds very Ross Jeffries, lol.
I didn't really follow it through to the end because I couldn't think of a color for my fear before RJ went on with what I should do with it. This is common, I've found, and might be my problem. A hypnotist or guru says, "think of a time when you were ____," then without giving 2 seconds just plows on to the next sentence. Paul McKenna does this, and Tony Robbins does it too. Maybe other people can think of memories quickly but not me.
The second part is about beliefs. The beliefs don't seem to be specific for approaching or fear. There are 4 or 5 beliefs, and they are good, but general:
I believe I can learn to do anything.
Inside of me are resources inside me are greater than any challenge I may face in the world.
At any time, I can connect into a source of power and wisdom that is without limit.
Anything negative that arises, arises to be handled, learned from, and released.
Ross is entertaining, as usual. He always makes me laugh, and I've stolen several of his off-the-cuff jokes.
