Paul Dobransky, known by many as Dr. Paul, was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is currently residing in Chicago, Illinois, USA.

He is a board-certified psychiatrist, who has been in the field of clinical psychiatric care for more than 15 years, a TV personality, author, public speaker and CEO of various websites.

In addition to dating advice products, he also penned the two non-fiction books with Penguin: "The Secret Psychology of How We Fall In Love" (Penguin, 2007) and "The Power of Female Friendship" (Penguin, 2008).

Dating Advice Career

Doctor Paul, through various clinical experiences, came to work on understanding the behavior of women which he later combined with his personal experiences to develop his theories.
