Automatic Sexual Chemistry consists of six modules where Jon Sinn is interviewed by Dean Cortez on how to pick up women. There is a bonus seventh module, where Sinn interviews Cortez on how to seduce women who are '9s and 10s'. The interviews are available in audio form and also as a written transcript.

It follows a linear progression model, so the first module is about dealing with approach anxiety, and then covering all the different steps that are required to get women into bed. That's the main focus of this product, so if you're looking for something that talks about developing longer term relationships, this isn't the product for you.

While this product was released in 2015, the interviews appear to have taken place back in 2011. The information is still solid, but some of it feels a little outdated now. Partly this is due to Sinn having released his own course on his method, the Seduction Roadmap, which is a bit more structured than this and goes into more detail.

Brief Background On Sinn

Sinn has been involved in the PUA community for many years now, having formerly been the lead instructor for Mystery's bootcamps. Having trained under Mystery, Sinn's methodology is very similar. It's based on similar principles and the idea that there's a sequence of steps you can follow to greatly boost your chances of attracting and sleeping with women.

However Sinn has modified the original Mystery Method and added his own take to it, as well as some ideas of other dating coaches, most notably Adam Lyons and Captain Jack. The result is a less rigid model to flow but one that is still based on progressing through the same checkpoints. For example, Sinn will often times open girls directly and state his interest, whereas the Mystery Method always advised against this.

Sinn has coached a lot of students, as well as other dating coaches. He has a reputation for being able to spot someone's sticking points and tell them what they need to do to get to the next level. So in terms of credibility and getting real world results, Sinn is pretty highly regarded within the industry.

Will This Product Work For You?

This product is best suited to guys who like a structured approach to meeting women and are more interested in casual dating/hooking up rather than serious relationships. So it's important to really understand what it is you want to accomplish before selecting the best dating product for you.

While there is some advice here on meeting women during the day, the main focus is on bars an nightclubs. Cortez's specialty is also bars and clubs, as he lived in Vegas for a period of time and learned mostly in this environment.

A lot of what is taught here relies on psychological principles to make women feel more attracted to you and improve your odds of landing the girl. When done right, these tactics are incredibly effective. This is why average looking guys are able to date women out of their league by correctly applying the ideas here.

However, it's not a magic bullet and you won't get results with every woman. You won't automatically create sexual chemistry on the spot, but you'll improve the way you communicate with women and overall come across as more attractive.

One thing to be aware of is that Sinn uses a lot of white lies when interacting with girls, and this isn't something we really recommend. This is what happens when you use this structured, routine-based style, where you tend to say the same things over and over. When you find something that works you tend to stick with it and just do the same thing for every girl. One thing Sinn mentions is when he finds out a girl's name, he'll always say that's the name of his ex-fiancee, just to use that as an excuse to transition into his next routine.

This type of thing can backfire, and you can easily get caught out on it. The more you lie to women and use these fake stories, the higher the chances some of the girls will know each other and figure out you're making these details up, which ultimately makes you look lame. If you're looking for a relationship with a girl beyond one night, it's not good to start things off with a bunch of lies, which is one of the reasons this is better suited to guys who only want to hook up.

Another potential issue is that by using structured routines and focusing on techniques, it can make you more inside your head, which can cause more anxiety and hurt your chances of actually developing a real connection with women. You also risk losing the ability to be spontaneous, as you're always having the same conversations with girls. This is something that Sinn alludes to here, when he mentions being able to do great with women in clubs but in a normal social setting he couldn't hold a regular conversation.

If you have the mindset that this system/method is a great way to learn the principles of what makes a man attractive to women, then you'll get a ton out of it. You don't want to become dependent on it long term, but it's a great way to build experience and guide you on how to have better interactions with women. To get even more out of it, try and come up with your own examples and stories to use, rather than just copying the examples given here.

Are There Any Downsides?

If you're not already familiar with a lot of the PUA teachings, then this product gives you a fairly broad overview. It gets a bit overly complicated at times and if you're not familiar with some of these concepts already you may get slightly overwhelmed.

Because of the interview format that this product uses, it doesn't have as much structure as other products. For example, in the Seduction Roadmap Sinn lays out a step-by-step plan for you to follow, and goes into detail explaining all of the concepts and techniques.

But with these interviews, there's times where some things could have been explained further with more examples given. It's much easier to present your ideas fully when you've taken the time to write your own book or record your own video, rather than when you're on the spot in an interview and having questions thrown at you.

If you happen to read the written transcripts instead of listening to the audio then there's quite a few mistakes throughout. This isn't a massive problem, but if you're looking for further information on something that was talked about you might run into some difficulty.

For example, Sinn talks about a book by Robert Cialdini at one stage, only for it to be written as Robert Seal Deanie in the transcript. And when he covers the subject of cognitive dissonance it's referred to as cognitive distance. Not a big deal, but it would've been good if the product was checked for these kinds of simple errors.

Bonuses

There's a number of bonuses that you get as part of this product. However there are issues with a couple of them. One of the bonus books is called Supreme Sexual Confidence, and the download link is not active so you can't access this at all. Another one is Read Her Mind And Make Her Yours, which only contains the cover page. The actual book itself is missing, so overall these things were pretty disappointing.

One of the bonuses is a book on body language secrets. This was pretty decent and it contains some good advice. It can be hard for some people to learn about body language from reading about it though rather than seeing it demonstrated. So what you'll probably need to do is actively be on the lookout for the things that Cortez talks about here when you're out in the real world.

Another bonus is about how to get out of the friend zone. It's good for your mindset and doing things to get you to actively improve yourself, so will be helpful for a lot of guys to read. There isn't too much though on specific things you can do to get the girl interested, so don't expect miracles here.

There's a book called Conversation Mastery, which is a bit hit and miss. Some of the advice is okay, other parts reminded me of dating advice from circa 2003, with a heavy emphasis on opinion openers and everything that went with them. Things have advanced since them, and there's better advice for conversation, such as in Conversation Escalation: Make Small Talk Sexy.

You'll also get access to the Sex God Blueprint, part of which is written by a woman and the rest by Cortez. There is some good information in here, and it focuses on how to differentiate yourself from most other guys and be the best lover she's ever had. Most of it is solid, although there's some NLP/hypnosis stuff that can come off as weird if not done right. It depends on the girl as well, I know many women who would find it strange and not be as into it as what is suggested here. But there's a lot of information on actual sexual techniques you can use, so this is a pretty practical book and offers good value.

The Bottom Line

The core program consists of a series of interviews between Dean Cortez and Jon Sinn. It covers Sinn's method for meeting women and beginning sexual relationships with them, with some advice from Cortez thrown in as well.

If you're not familiar with Sinn, he uses a highly structured and somewhat technical approach to picking up women. His system is largely based on the Mystery Method, although it has been refined and updated. For this reason it's best suited to guys who have an interest in the pick-up artist (PUA) approach to getting better with women.

Overall it's a solid product at a reasonable price. There's nothing groundbreaking here at all, as the content is very similar to a product Sinn released himself, the Seduction Roadmap. That product offers more of a step-by-step approach with more examples, although it's a bit more expensive.
